1. Demo status
The current website is a functional prototype. Estimates, bookings, customer accounts, invoices and payments are simulated. This offline version does not create a binding service order.
2. Estimates
Displayed prices are indicative and use demo data. A final price should only be confirmed after property size, access, photos, frequency and special conditions are reviewed.
3. Entered information
Local forms store some information in browser storage to test the customer flow. It is not sent to Lotus until secure hosting and a real backend are configured.
4. Payments
No banking information is collected in the demo. The payment screen is a mockup. A real integration must use a compliant provider and approved refund terms.
5. Cancellation and weather
Cancellation, rescheduling, property access, storm and snow-trigger policies must be confirmed by the company before launch.
